The beachfront villa was AMAZING!!! i stayed there and it was so excellent. hotel staff members were attentive. They knew how to do their jobs, for sure. its great location near stores and restaurants made everything so easy!!!
I would have liked a colder fridge and mini bar options. it would have made my drinks so much better! definitely, the hotel needs more water and towels provided. the baby cot was not great. It needs to be upgraded!!!

The hotel provided a free one-way airport transfer. My room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant and beach access was convenient for me.
TV reception was spotty and I find this annoying. My room has a feint unpleasant smell from the bathroom one night. This was fixed the next day so it was good.

the rooms were great and the complimentary food items like sample desserts and coffee pods were a pleasant surprise. i also loved the fresh juices and the pizza at the tagged restaurant.
i am a regular guest, i visit every year during both high and low seasons. however, this time, i was deeply disappointed by their lack of flexibility when faced with an unforeseen situation, despite my efforts to follow the process. the only solution offered was to postpone my stay by one week, unrealistic because i had to return home shortly after.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Hiccups
poor insulationdysfunctional shower
The noise insulation was quite poor. I could hear everything happening outside and in neighboring rooms. There was also a strange smell that seemed to waft in from somewhere. The shower was a bit of a letdown, the water pressure fluctuated wildly, and the hot water cut out at random times. That wasn't a nice surprise.
